Shiatsu
The word shiatsu means finger pressure. Widely used in Japan as a preventive therapy that helps avoid illness and the effects of stress. Shiatsu involves communication through the sense of touch and involves techniques such as stretching, holding and leaning the body weight into various parts of the clients body to improve vitality, circulation, flexibility and posture.

Reiki
Reiki is a non manipulative healing which utilises Universal Life Force for balancing of energies throughout the whole physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Reiki heals the cause and eliminates the effects of imbalances and energises the system safely and quickly.

Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principal that there are reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to each organ, gland and structure in the body. By working the hands and feet in a special way there is a corresponding stimulation in the respective body parts. This activates the healing processes and helps bring the body into a balanced state.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a holistic therapy encompassing the body mind and the spirit. The session begins with an individual consultation to blend the essential oils according to the needs and the requirement of the person on that day. The massage consists of essential oils, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, a facial and foot massage. The essential oils have healing properties through the sense of smell and also effect the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Therapeutic Massage
Treats the individual as a whole not just the physical conditions that are present. Physical benefits include; relaxing and toning the muscles, assisting venous flow of blood, assisting lymphatic flow, stretching connective tissue of joints.

Massage relieves stress and anxiety, heightens body awareness and creates feelings of well being, trust and joy.
